You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product after cancellation. You will be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the merchant with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at Support@avore.uk. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after we have received notice of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good condition.
