What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time varies from 4 – 7 business days.

Update: Most packages arrive a bit faster in Norway! Normally, you will receive your package within 5 business days.


What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

If the delivery time of 4–7 business days has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please send an email to Support@Avore.uk. We will investigate and find out what happened to your package.


I would like to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?

To return an order, please contact our customer service team at Support@Avore.uk. Provide your name, order number (e.g. #0000, as stated in your confirmation email), and the reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once confirmed, you can send the product back to us with a courier of your choice.


What are the costs of returning my order?

Returns are unfortunately at your own expense. The costs depend on the courier. Please check the courier’s website for more information about rates.


What are the conditions for returning my item(s)?

There is always a 14-day return policy. The return period starts on the day you receive your item. However, there are conditions for returning:

  • The return period has not expired.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached.

  • The product has not been used.

That’s not supposed to happen. Please send us an email with your full name and email address at Support@Avore.uk, and we will help you quickly.

Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email to our store’s support address as soon as possible. Provide your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email), and the reason for cancellation.
